I was looking through some of my old stories for children and my poetry. I felt rather nostalgic. I haven't written stories in years.
The first two are readers for children published first in NZ, then all over as part of programmes to help children learn to read.
The next three are children's magazines in which my stories or non-fiction appears.
In the issue of Cricket, the story is about a family of orang-utans, and is called 'Celia and the nut tree'; in the issue of School Journal, the story is called 'The ants nest'; and in the School magazine, the story is called 'How humans came to live in paradise'.
So mainly animal themes!!
Just thought I'd share these today.
