Focus on Faces.

Journal52 challenge for this week was 'Focus'.

Here is my page spread.  I chose to focus on faces.

The large face on the right was done in wax crayon and the little faces on the left were done in coloured pencils.  The border/edges were cut from gelli prints.  The background is watercolour with some gel marker and some gold gesso spots.

I am focussing more on faces these days.  Back in the old school days...I used to like doodling fashion faces on the covers of my exercise books, so doodling these girls is like a trip back in time for me.  Quite satisfying in itself.
