I decided to join in the inktober challenge this year.  This will be my second year on this project.  Last year, I attempted some representational drawings of meerkats, using photo references.  This year, I decided to be a bit more free and just do doodles in my sketchbook whilst listening to TV.

So these are the first five for the beginning of the project.  I am really enjoying creating doodle drawings.  And I am trying out a set of Manga marker pen which I bought from 'The Works' at around £1, I think...very cheap anyway...and I just love them.  

I used the markers to tone the backgrounds.  There are 4 tones of grey from light to dark and I've used 3 so far.
