Another animal portrait for this week. The colours aren't so good in this scan because the sky IRL is more ultramarine not cerulean as here. But it gives the idea of the artwork. Maybe I will try to get a photo of it later.....
In this work, I used blue paper instead of collaged patterned papers as I did for the cow last week. I prefer straight painting on paper because collage often leaves a bumpy ridged surface which I don't always want. Collage is good for some projects though!
