Dogs and imagination.

Some old work and some new.

'Bob', acrylics, paper, 8 by 11.5 ins.

'Two collies in a field', 5 by 7 ins., watercolours on paper.

'Dancing Hathor', acrylics on paper, 12 by 12 ins.

BOB.

This little fox terrier started out as an abstract of colour shapes which looked like a dog to me.  I had been watching an episode of Poirot the night before which had a dog called Bob who helped Poirot solve his murder case.  That Bob was a white dog; my Bob was inspired by him but turned out as brown.

TWO COLLIES.

A small watercolour from years ago which I found whilst trying to tidy up files.

DANCING HATHOR.

An imaginative fantasy piece trying out a technique of finding some imagery in a gelli printed piece.

Have a great weekend!
