I tried out a new box of Stabilo 'woody' wax crayons in this small doodle.

Woodies are essentially the same as water soluble neocolours, both are water soluble wax crayons.  

I like the woody colours, and they are good for quickly covering an area - as they are fatter than neocolours, but I found that they break up when you add water or medium to them and you get 'bald' areas.  So not so good for dissolving methods in my opinion.  I think Caran d'ache neocolours are better performers.

I enjoyed my little experiment this week.
