 I will purchase a new laptop/scanner set up in the New Year.

My old set-ups are all dreadful and dysfunctional.  Its making me very unhappy and so I think the time is right to purchase new devices for my art work!!

I want an up-to-date system that is easy to use and which gives professional results.   So either a laptop/scanner system, or a new i-phone.  How good are phone photos compared to scanned in artwork?  I will need to go to an electric shop like Curry's. I think, to discuss with a tech guy what may suit me best.  I usually buy via Amazon but have discovered that is not good for my actual needs...only because I do not have the tech Know how to select the right gear!!

So watch out for my new system, fingers crossed, in January.

I am keen to both do new art and to post it online!!

P.S.  My watercolour painting of an owl was chosen in an artist of the week mention in Fine Art America's group 'Beautiful watercolours'.  So that was a nice surprise this morning!
