'Mother Nature.'  acrylics with mixed media. around A4 ins., paper.

Recently I have been experimenting with texture in my imaginative paintings.  I have used mixed media as a base, i.e., collage papers and various crayons, and then mostly acrylic paint on top.  It is interesting to focus on texture.... as you can paint quite rough and loose,  and still get a sense of the subject matter.

In the painting above, Mother nature is surrounded by 3 squirrel monkeys in the daydream forest.

I may add more paint to this one later on, but I think its probably finished!!
