'How's the orphan doing?'
'Creature on her shoulder,'
The programme was about rescuing baby animals. One rescued animal was a sloth who also had pneumonia and so it was a bit of a battle to try and help him. He had to have an inhaler, medication for his infection, and the dedicated care of one person, who kept him with her all the time, clinging to her body.
It was touch and go for a while. I will have to tune in again today to see if he made it.
Update: the orphaned sloth got the all clear from the vet. After some time in the sanctuary, the rescue workers hope to release him back into the wild. They named him, Modoc.

Your pen and ink pieces are fabulous! I love animals so and thought I would work with them as a living. But I'd have TOO hard a time letting them go. Happy PPF!
So cute! Both of the sketches! I love the second one especially. It's just adorable :)
I wish my doodles turned out like that. I call them works of art. I'm so glad it hear it turned out well for the little sloth.

Great combination of drawing and color.
