'Game of cards', mixed media, art journal page
I finally got some deli paper!! Just a box of small 6 by 10 ins sheets. WOW! I love this paper for gelli prints.
So the background for this journal page is one of my gelli deli paper prints. I glued the deli print on the page spread. Then I glued the book page girl on the right and a stamped playing card image on the left.
Other than this, I've been working on drawings for a wax crayon painting...which I may get around to doing next week.
Happy paint party Friday!!
Have a great weekend.

Really fantastic spread, June. Love design and how you created this. I haven't ever worked with gelli plate. Lovely work, indeed.

This is lovely! The colors are gorgeous!Happy PPF!
Great spread June! Enjoy the deli paper .. I use tissue and a kind of sandwichpaper
as we have not the original deli here in Austria. But it works also pretty well and the printing makes so much fun.
Happy weekend!
June, this is so pretty. Deli papers are fun to work with. I got mine at Costco so I have hundreds of sheets (that I will not use in 3 lifetimes!). Your journal is great.
Lovely journal page and super background.
I am a lowly folk artist but you all are touching me with inspiration and information. What a world of art and artistic expression is out there. Now I must learn of Deli paper:-)
This is really beautiful. It feels calm and peaceful.
