Book Lover
Sunshine and smiles
1. Book lover: the girl appeared early in the process and so this was a fairly quick page to finish. I used pan pastel for the background and ink for the details.
2. Sunshine and smiles: by contrast, this page took a few days to get going. It had many changes of direction. Thank goodness for collage papers which cover up parts that haven't worked well. It ended up as a girls faces page spread. The girl on the bottom of the right side is a stamped image; the others are drawings of mine.
Have a great weekend!
Bye for now....

Love both of your pages. I never would've thought the colours in your first page are pan pastels. Love the brightness!

These a such lovely pages! I liked reading about how they came to be - quickly or taking longer. I like how with some journal pages one can just go with the flow and see where it takes you. Your drawings are so nice! Thanks for sharing.
June, these drawings are my absolute favorites thus far! I love the woman on top and the other two are just divine! Well done you! xo
