'Monkey walking', image transfer, art journal tag insert, 2 by 3.5 approx.
I have been trying out the technique of inkjet photo transfers using acrylic gel medium. Project on the mixed media channel at www.wetcanvas.com. I have had limited success with it ... so perhaps I need to google for lessons on using the technique. However, for an art journal tag insert, the results are fine. The gold surrounding the monkey is gold gesso painted over with some gold ink.
The small journal is complete inside. I have another 2 tag inserts to do for the journal to be finished. There's no theme for it...just experiments, I guess.
