Victorian style dresses, graphite, sketchbook page.
Only managed to do this quick pencil sketch on my research into women's clothing in Victorian times. Inspired by photos on Pinterest.
The original sketches didn't show up well on the scanner or even in a photo and so I had to manipulate this to get the lines to show up...so not a true representation of the sketches but gives an idea of the subject matter.
I was surprised the drawings turned out fairly well proportioned as I was holding the tablet in one hand, balancing the sketchbook on my knee, holding the pencil with the other hand and also fighting off the kitty cat who thought it was so interesting to see, she kept sticking her nose in, literally!!
Maybe that's the answer...drawing as a juggling act!
Apart from this, I managed to get a bit of a clean up done in my art room, as I had ordered plastic boxes from Amazon.
Here is that naughty cat, trying to look innocent!
Susie kitty cat.
Bye for now.

Love the sketches. Naughty Susie! I used to have a dog and a cat, and Kitty was always innocent! Hugs, Valerie
